FZ Academy ("we", "our", "us") attaches great importance to the privacy of the individuals ("User", "You") who use our mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what types of information are collected through our App, how that information is used and protected, and what your rights are.

By downloading or using our App, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information in order to operate the App and improve the quality of our service:

  • Personal Information:

    • When you create an account, or when an account is issued to you by an administrator: first name, last name, contact number.

    • Account sign-in credentials (log-in details and an encrypted password).

  • Payment Information:

    • When you purchase a course or video inside the App, payments are processed through secure payment providers (bank integrations). We do not store your card details on our own servers.

  • Device and Usage Information:

    • IP address, device model, operating system version.

    • In-app activity: videos watched, learning progress, time spent using the App.

  • Security Information:

    • System logs used to prevent attempts to take screenshots or record the screen (in order to protect the copyright of the video content).

2. How We Use the Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

  1. User Identification: Providing access to student accounts and preventing unauthorised access.

  2. Service Delivery: Making the purchased or assigned video lessons available to the user.

  3. Payment Processing: Securely completing course/video purchases.

  4. Content Protection: Preventing copyrighted training videos from being copied or shared with others without permission.

  5. Support Services: Resolving users' technical problems and answering their questions.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

FZ Academy does not sell or rent users' personal information. Information may only be shared in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: Payment systems, video hosting (storage and streaming of videos) and SMS/email notification providers.

  • Legal Obligations: Where required by law or upon an official request from state authorities.

4. Data Security

We apply modern technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure:

  • All data transmitted over the network is protected by HTTPS/SSL encryption.

  • DRM (Digital Rights Management) and in-app screen recording blocks are applied to secure video content.

  • Your passwords are stored on our servers only in encrypted (hashed) form.

5. Account and Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play Store policies, you have the right to delete your account and the data associated with it in our App.

To delete your account and personal information, you can use the in-app "Profile" -> "Delete Account" button, or send an official request to info@fzacademy.az. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not specifically intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Whenever a significant change is made, users will be informed within the App or by email.
